These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moneyport PSS website, participant portal, developer documentation, and any related pages or materials we make available (together, the “Site”).
Important: The Site is provided for information and connectivity enablement. Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be relied upon as, financial, legal, regulatory or investment advice. If you require advice, you should consult appropriate professional advisers.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility and authorised use
The Site is intended for professional and institutional users (including banks, payment institutions, regulated firms, corporate counterparties, and their authorised representatives). You must ensure that any use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction and consistent with your internal policies and approvals.
4. No offer; no binding commitment
Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer, solicitation or commitment to provide any product or service. Any onboarding, connectivity, pilot, or participation is subject to separate written agreements (including due diligence, compliance checks, and technical requirements), and may be declined at our discretion.
5. Regulatory status and geographic availability
Certain services described on the Site may be subject to regulatory permissions, licensing or authorisation requirements. Availability may vary by jurisdiction and may be restricted. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
6. Account access (where applicable)
If you receive credentials or access to gated areas of the Site, you must keep credentials confidential, implement appropriate access controls, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws, sanctions, or regulatory requirements;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, systems, accounts, or networks;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or impair the Site;

- use the Site to transmit confidential information unless explicitly requested and appropriate safeguards are in place.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, branding, designs, and documentation) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your internal business purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law or expressly agreed in writing.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (including developer documentation). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
10. Availability and security
We aim to maintain availability of the Site but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the Site for operational, security, compliance or other reasons. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your systems.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from or connected with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
13. Confidentiality
Do not submit confidential information through the Site unless expressly requested and appropriate safeguards are in place. Any confidentiality obligations relating to pilots, connectivity, integration, or commercial discussions will be governed by separate written agreements.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required for security, compliance or operational reasons.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer or regulatory laws apply.
16. General
- Severability: if any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Entire agreement: these Terms govern use of the Site; separate agreements govern any services.
